Advanced planning generally directs the use of federally-funded resources in the achievement of the OIG mission at LSC. Planning starts from the highest strategic level and is annually supplemented by annual work plan for the Office. However, as much of our work is driven by current issues and program initiatives, on-going risk assessments as well as requests from stakeholders, all plans maintain operational flexibility. In this manner we look forward to continuing to provide valued service to the Legal Services Corporation, the Congress, legal aid eligible persons, and the American taxpayer.
