Office of Inspector General Hotline
The Office of Inspector General (OIG) for Legal Services Corporation (LSC) maintains a Hotline to facilitate the reporting of fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, or misconduct in LSC programs and operations, including grantee programs that receive LSC funding, and to promote economy and efficiency in those programs. If you wish to report an allegation you may submit an online form, call by telephone or send an email or letter. Allegations may be reported by LSC employees, LSC grantee employees, or the general public.
